Parents can use the assessment as a basis for creating a co-parenting agreement. Alternatively, a custody/access assessment can serve as neutral third party input to the Family Court process, complete with detailed recommendations. Inquiries about undertaking a custody/access assessment are welcome from parents and lawyers. Since 1991, Hugh MacMillan has conducted over 100 such assessments, both privately and Court-ordered. |
